Declassified Document : Average Exam Results Just Don't Cut It

Scoring a cluster of mostly Bs in the 'A' Levels isn't really all that terrible in honesty, but neither is it outstanding. Making it to a local university probably won't be much of a problem, but it certainly wouldn't meet our exacting standards as far as personal academic performance is concerned. As have been emphasized too many a time, a tutor who cannot even do well in his/own set of examinations won't inspire much confidence in his/her tutees. Read: lead by example.


Reproduced below is a copy of the 'A' Level examination certificate we received (important personal information blotted out) from an applicant as part of her submission package to list on this site last year. AVERAGE JUST DON'T CUT IT. NOT WITH US.
